Mr. Decio De Carvalho

Decio de Carvalho is Brazilian and was appointed Executive Director of COMIBAM in May of 2009. He has been involved in missions since 1979. Decio is married to Elba, from Puerto Rico, and has three children – Lucas , Esteban  and Amanda Cristina.
